Manda's Mouth Watering Combinations

Chef Manda Rutledge Comer joined us for another great evening with her fares from the Blue Heron B&B. Below is the apportioned crab and bacon waiting for........

the Red Pepper soup accompaniment.

Oops, this one is incognito as a Latin soup!

Here's part of the crew for the night!

Everyone seems to be enjoying themselves with this the variety of foods that are being served!

Fresh beets are one of the highlights, and we dock Manda's pay for the cost of one dish towel every time. But it is worth it!

The beets are used in a Baby Beet and Goat Cheese Salad. It is both wonderful and has an "oh wow" factor as far as its presentation.

This was served with Braised Pork Tenderloin, I can smell it from here!
Also served was a very interesting and healthy Quinoa Pilaf with Mushrooms, Dried Apricots, Sausage and Sage

Crepes with a Seasonal Fruit Compote finished off the evening and our photographer missed the shot while he was in the back enjoying dessert! Another mouth wtareing evening! Look for Mand on our spring/summer schedule in May, June and July!
