Corbel's Is Back For More!

Tonight was an opportunity for Corbel's to serve some of the type of fare that will be on their menu when they open in Leonardtown this summer.

The Head Chef, Roger joined Leo for a beautifully choreographed meal!

"I'd like this much homemade ice cream for dessert!"

The evening began with Grilled Prosciutto wrapped Mozzarella with Mixed Greens and Balsamic Sun Dried Tomato Vinaigrette.

Chef Leo handles the vanilla bean in the beginning for the dessert at the end.

The pecan topping for the ice cream can be made in advance.
The bread gets grilled to perfection.
Look at that line-up! What a beautiful salad.

Airborne cauliflower!
Pan Seared Diver Scallops come out of the oven.

What nice color and flavor.

Here is the Tasso Ham Cream Sauce with crayfish in it.....

...and here it is assembled with the Scallops and Asparagus! Very delectable.

Here is the finale, House-made Vanilla Ice Cream with Spiced Pecans!!!!!
If this is an indication, Corbel's will be a welcomed addition as another fine dining option for Southern MD. We can't wait for the opening which will be later this summer!
