50 Ways to Impress Your Girlfriend's Parents

Chef Trevor joins us to share some favorites from his book which is available at our store.

What an exciting night. We started off with a few Peeping Tomacinas.

A couple of our guests dressed to impress. Boas and tiaras and silver slippers? WOW!


Or, are those glass slippers?

The meal began with an appetizer, Mozzarella squares (Also known as grown-up grilled cheese)....but where were the grown-ups?






These were not quite square but boy were they delicious.

We did have a few calmer guests also with us this night.

Back to the food prep.

Below is the delicious French Onion Soup that was served.

It's time to get some help preparing the fresh garden salad. If you look close, Rick is wearing the tiara!

Somebody is daydreaming about dessert!

Below you will see the fresh Garden Salad with Dijon Vinaigrette. An alternative Greek Dressing was also demonstrated as a class bonus!

A little chopping action takes place.

The meal finished up with Mediterranean Pasta.....

and with folks mingling and chatting.

Mary Louise knew she had salad in her teeth and nobody was telling her!
