Pasta dishes are about simple fresh ingredients
and a hearty appetite!
Chef Don mixes pasta with olive oil, and fresh
ground black pepper for a refreshing quick
and healthy summer meal.
The sauce is stirred to the right consistency, and
then applied.... italian bacon, yum!
The crew enjoys the entrees and the stories from the
Mediterranean that go with it!
Sampling is always good!
The next course is up....simple but elegant.
Onto the next dish!
....which has a blue cheese sauce. Very appealing and rich!
