Chef Rick from Uno's Joins Us for His First Class!

Chef Rick provided us with a great representation of the Chicago style foods available at Uno's everywhere!

Deanna was our hostess...

and friend John, also professionally trained was the Su-Chef.

The first item up was the Gorgonzola Walnut Salad, and the class is rapidly put to work.

It presents beautifully and tastes even better!

The crew looks on as the Shrimp and Crab Dip gets started.

Just as you would find at Uno's, these are served in a bread bowl.

How's that for a wonderful dish to serve to friends and family?

A few of these were made and passed around.

Keep an eye on this couple!
Some quick knife skills instruction and the dicing begins.
Look at these coming out of the oven. You can just about smell the flavors now.

John is modeling a new clothing line called the Emperor's New Clothes.
It's time to do the final entree, Baked Stuffed Chicken.

Look at these fresh from the convection oven.

It's serving time!

What a great evening. The food was grand and the company even grander! Next time you're up shopping in Waldorf, think Uno's for a meal that is sure to please. We look forward to having Rick back again on the Fall schedule.
