Hell's Kitchen by Chef Jeff Jeffries from the Woodland's Grill

This was such a great night!!! I've been trying to get time to add captions to this posting but our catering and class schedule has been too hectic. Here are the photos. There will be captions over the weekend. Enjoy!
Joann

Watch how you use that pounder, Steve!

Aaron and Carla are becoming regulars, but are they learning anything?????

Who was supposed to watch the nuts???

Brittainy assists with the Involtini di Bistecca.

Jan runs the food processor. She is quite the pro!

Every class has a clown, and this was no exception! Keep your eyes on the grater....

Ann is peeling the roasted peppers.

Jeff demonstrates the proper way to dice an onion.

There were a few couples (and interns) having date night. What fun!

Ann and Jill really did have fun, I swear!

Carla and Aaron always have fun, but still, are they learning anything????????

Food art, in the making....

Involtini di bistecca (stuffed meat rolls)

Dawna and Teeny are ready to sample the menu items.

Now that's purty. I don't care who you are.....

Liam makes the saffron risotto. It turned out perfect.

Dessert was an apple crostata. Yum!

Ask Anne about how Asians hold their paring knives!

The rustic tart. Easy and simple, and extremely delicious.

Talk about color! Stuffed flank steak over saffron risotto. What a beautiful and tasty dish.

The finished dessert with a dollop of ice cream. The perfect ending to a perfect night.
