Chef Phil's Teen Skills Class

Chef Phil joins us to teach teens (and tweens) and a few parents, on how to make the perfect brunch.

Here a mandoline is in use to slice potatoes for Pommes Anna.

Phil closely monitors the process but allows our young chef to build confidence.

Alana and Christopher also gets a chance to prepare enough potatoes for all to enjoy.

Authentic Stuffed French Toast provides an opportunity to pass on some handy knife handling techniques.

...also closely monitored!!! (Mom's, we promise!)

Now you can see what your kids can prepare for next Sunday's brunch; fit for a king and queen.

The kids (and a few parents) enjoy the fruits of their labor.

Thanks Chef Phil for helping out on this enjoyable evening. A great success and we'll look to do this again in May!
