Chef Phil and his Seafood at Anchor Class

Here is Chef Phil starting off his last "At Anchor" series...meals that could be made onboard your vessel!











The crew is getting apples ready for the Apple Crostada.

A strange Blogging occurence....we have a new editor and these photos were posted earlier and it is too difficult to move them!  :(  More action shots on grilling the shrimp.

Also served was fresh bruschetta....this was made with some of the last of the fresh local tomatoes of the season. Come on May!
