Chef Leo from Corbel with Vietnamese Delights

Chef Leo from Corbels is prepping foods inspired by a trip he took to Viet Nam.


The menu included Summer Rolls with Carror, Cucumber & Shrimp;  Lotus Root Salad w/Asian Herbs; and Asian Style Tuna Burger.


The unique sauces that accompany each dish really accentuate the flavors.

Viet Namese food preparation uses lots of nice fresh veggies and some specific cutting styles for "balance".
