Chef Mitali and an Exotic Indian Dinner

Chef Mitali joined us and did a very nice job on her first class!

Tonight was an Indian culinary class and it started with Naan Bread.

I was not in attendance and hope this is properly labeled as the Paneer and Vegetable Tikka.

Here is the Red Lentil Soup, you can almost smell the spices.

Here is the Warm Carrot and Nut Pudding.

The Naan Bread gets placed on a oven stone for baking.

Look at the presentation on the Baby Potato and Sesame Salad.

Here is the Spicy Chickpea Curry. Hmmmmmm Good.
With all of our Indian Culinary classes, you get an appreciation for how these dishes start with an assembly of "raw foods" and spices with a gradual build. The end combinations are fantastic and good for you! Chef Mitali will be joining us again on the Spring schedule!
