Chef Carlos from the Ruddy Duck

Chef Carlos joined us for a marvelous evening with a great sampling of what will be offered at the Ruddy Duck, which will open this summer adjoining to the Hilton Garden Inn in Calvert County on Dowell Rd. Here the crew is doing "pass the dough".


Chef Carlos is encouraging them to play with their food!

Last time Kim had that look on her face, she hit Greg with a snowball.

The dough was great fun this evening. Below is either the On Golden Pond hat for Henry Fonda or a horrible map of the United States!

What a wonderful class and great exposure to what Chef Carlos will have when he opens the Ruddy Duck in Solomon's. We are looking forward to another class in June and would encourage any pizza enthusiast out there to join this session. You'll be glad you did!
