Michael Wayman joined us for another entertaining and informative class devoted to cheese.
All of our selections for the night are available at ....PS, It's All Good!, our neighbor in Leonardtown.
Students learned about the cheese making process and the differences in cheese production. Tonight was focused on local cheeses from the Virginia, Maryland and Pennsylvania areas.

This was a very enjoyable and relaxing evening for folks to learn about cheeses, and how to pair appropriate compliments including breads, chutneys and suitable beverages that pull the flavors out of the cheese itself. We will have our second class in this series the latter part of April!
