Guacamole on the way!

This meal had lots of audience participation! Thanks Crew.

Aspiring Chef in action!!!!

The finished product heading for the oven.

What a nice presentation!

Bon appetit!
and onto dessert.

What a great group and a marvelous menu! Muchos Gracias. Looking forward to April's next class!

From the Garden!

Fresh Garden Delights by Lin from the Back Creek Inn!

Tasty and appealing!

A perfect pie crust every time.

Savory pine nut cookies and Fig Bars. Linn grew the figs at the Inn.

A little tomato decorating....

and some fresh quiche.

Yellow tomatoes from the garden.....

and then the camera ran out of juice! :(

This was a wonderful class filled with great ideas on preparing foods that you can grow in Southern MD. Looking forward to the next class by the Back Creek Inn. Thanks Lin!!!

Jeff Jeffries Dinner Party Continues!

Chef Jeff Jeffries joined us from the Woodland's Grill, and started us off with stuffed red peppers!

It was then time to have a fresh cold asparagus soup....yummy!

We needed potatoes, and we needed them badly! Dave lends a hand working the food mill....

...while Chef Jeff grills the steak to perfection along with preparing asparagus.

The peppercorn sauce is fabulous!

...and then it's off to add balsamic glaze into some fresh fruit.

What a great crew we had this evening!

Oh yeah, the rowdy bunch is below (kidding)!

And there is the dessert!

This was a very nice evening of good food, wine and merriment. Chef Jeff will be back on the Fall/Winter schedule but why wait! Join him at the Woodland's Grill now, and then see him in the fall class.
