Tonight's menu was to be a beautiful presentation of Pearl Meat Balls, Pork Loin with Scallions, Hot Spiced Eggplant, Stir Fried Rice Noodles with Shrimp.


Nicole explains that Asian cooking requires a lot of preparation work but actual cooking time is quick and easy.
