Chef Jeff Jeffries joined us from the Woodland's Grill, and started us off with stuffed red peppers!
It was then time to have a fresh cold asparagus soup....yummy!
We needed potatoes, and we needed them badly! Dave lends a hand working the food mill....
...while Chef Jeff grills the steak to perfection along with preparing asparagus.
The peppercorn sauce is fabulous!
...and then it's off to add balsamic glaze into some fresh fruit.
What a great crew we had this evening!
Oh yeah, the rowdy bunch is below (kidding)!
And there is the dessert!
This was a very nice evening of good food, wine and merriment. Chef Jeff will be back on the Fall/Winter schedule but why wait! Join him at the Woodland's Grill now, and then see him in the fall class.

What a fabulous finale - Cajeta dessert. This is vanilla ice cream ball with coconut, caramel sauce and fried tortilla strips. Yum!
Chef Michael was informative and talented...come see him for his next class or get yourself down to Brome Howard Inn for something special!

Phil's CSM Class
Chef Phil did a wonderful menu of salmon, butterfly shrimp (not shown), green beans and rice, and apple crosata! This class was sponsored through the College of Southern MD.
Here is how the dessert unfolded! First - dough time.
The fill with apples, and shape.
Followed by basting with cream...
The threat was made - Don't take that picture!
...and then they came out of the oven smelling heavenly!
Great evening and we look forward to hosting other classes through CSM!
