Chef Bambi with International Cuisine

Chef Bambi joined us from the Jaycee Center in Waldorf and provided us with an International menu that was pure delight!

The dessert was to die for. Here is the beginning crust.


Here we have the apple arranging face off. Everyone was a winner, with the Apple Rosette Tart.


Look at that just before baking.
The main dish was a wonderful Beef Tenderloin w/Stilton Herb Bread Crust and a Madiera reduction sauce. here Chef Bambi is showing how to handle the tenderloin.


Time for a "Wrap session"....with bacon that is and then topped before broiled.

Look at that asparagus which will be roasted and accompanied by roasted red potatoes.


The finished dessert, needing to cool before slicing.

The reduction sauce progresses nicely.

...and the asparagus. Talk about "good eats"!

Another wonderful evening with exquisite food for our guests. Chef Bambi did a great job and we'll see her again with Taiwanese in August and Seafood Appetizers in September.
