Chef Bambi joined us from the Jaycee Center in Waldorf and provided us with an
International menu that was pure delight!

The dessert was to die for. Here is the beginning crust.
Here we have the apple arranging

The main dish was a wonderful Beef Tenderloin w/Stilton Herb Bread Crust
and a Madiera reduction sauce. here Chef Bambi is showing how to handle the tenderloin.
Time for a "Wrap session"....with bacon that is and then topped before broiled.

Another wonderful evening with
exquisite food for our guests. Chef Bambi did a great job and we'll see her again with Taiwanese in August and Seafood Appetizers in September.
