Phil's CSM Class

Chef Phil did a wonderful menu of salmon, butterfly shrimp (not shown), green beans and rice, and apple crosata! This class was sponsored through the College of Southern MD.

Here is how the dessert unfolded! First - dough time.

Followed by basting with cream...

The threat was made - Don't take that picture!

...and then they came out of the oven smelling heavenly!
