Italian Delight with Chef Heath and the Fallers

Tonight we had our first van full of customers! Here is the front of the van......

...and here is the back. Everything has to be big for Texans!

The Fallers and their friends join us for a most relaxing and FUN evening!

Marla rolls her sleeves up for the Stacked Bruschetta.

This dish is all about the fresh Parmesan!

The Faller women look on and laugh......
What could they be laughing at?
Always time for a toast with friends!
Here is the finished Stacked Bruschetta.

Onto the Easy Marinara w/ Farfalle.
Chef Gary showing off his culinary talents!
The Chicken Piccata w/ Fettuccine is the main event.
It tastes better than it photographs!
This is the quietest our guests have been all night!
An etiquette lesson on how to hold a plastic spoon.....
and it's off to the Seasonal Fruit with Balsamic Vinaigrette.

The crew poses at end of the evening.

Everyone had a great time and we look forward to the next Faller and friends reunion!

Vincenzo Class - Food's From Italy

Chef Vincenzo joins us for another beautiful traditional Italian menu. This starts off by making fresh pasta.

This takes a little bit of time but is well worth the culinary outcome!

This will be used in the first entree - Home Made Tagliatelle Pasta with Wild Mushroom Sauce.

Still making the pasta!!!!

Finally.....

Lots of help in the kitchen tonight!

The mushrooms start to saute for the mushroom sauce.

And it's salad time - Gorgonzola Salad
The main entree is worked on - Veal Scaloppini al Marsala.
Salad is served.

It looks like the men are waiting on the women tonight!

The finale was a delicious Monte Bianca Chestnut Dessert. It was so good we forgot to photograph it! Chef Vincenzo will be back for another class in December and we have some nice menus included in the spring schedule!
